What you can add

You can add videos from the following platforms:

• YouTube (standard videos and Shorts)
• Instagram (posts and Reels)

Step 1: Add a new video

1. Open your Video Manager.
2. Select your Company / Profile.
3. Select the Video Platform (YouTube or Instagram).
4. Paste the video URL into the field.
5. Click Add Video.

Examples:

• YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXXXXXXX
• Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/XXXXXXXX/

Step 2: Add a title and description

After adding a video, we recommend adding a title and description to help visitors understand what they are watching.

1. Click the video to expand it.
2. Enter a Title (short and clear).
3. Enter a Description (brief summary and context).
4. Click Update Video.

Step 3: Reorder videos (drag & drop)

You can change the order of your videos any time.

1. Click and hold the video header.
2. Drag the video up or down the list.
3. Release it in the new position.

Step 4: Update or replace a video link

If you need to replace the video with a different one, you can update the URL.

1. Expand the video panel.
2. Replace the existing URL with the new video URL.
3. Click Update Video.

The preview and thumbnail should refresh automatically after you save.

Step 5: Delete a video

To remove a video from your list:

1. Click Delete on the video.
2. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Troubleshooting

• Make sure the video link is copied correctly and is public.
• Confirm you selected the correct platform (YouTube or Instagram).
• Refresh the page and try again if the preview does not appear.

If issues continue, contact support and include the video URL you attempted to add.
